Each candidate requires 3 nominators.
Candidate’s statements and photographs (to be published in Vertigo) must be submitted with the nomination forms and in soft copy form in the required format (text as Word format, pictures in JPEG format) by the close of nominations.

NOMINATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS TIME
Nominations must be emailed to the Returning Officer no later than 2pm Monday 22nd August 2022.
The Draw for positions on the ballot paper will be held at 4pm on Monday 22nd August at the Returning Officers Office.
The period of election shall begin at 5 pm, 15 days before the first day of voting.( ie 5pm Monday 5 September) No form of campaigning or promotion of any candidate or group, whether online or in person, is permitted before this period.
Voting will be in person (not on-line) this year.
Voting will be held in a single location on the UTS campus for 3 days from Tuesday 20 September to Thursday 22 September.
The polling place will be open from 10.30am to 1.30 pm and again from 3.30pm to 6.30 pm daily
Any member of the Association who is entitled to vote and who will be absent from campus during voting times may apply for a postal vote. The application for a postal vote must be in writing on the approved form and must be sent to the Returning Officer before the close of nominations.
